No. LENDNOR only operates in states that do not require a commercial loan broker license. If your state requires one, we're not the right fit today — but reach out and we'll tell you where you stand.

Which states are eligible?

The list changes as regulations shift. As a general rule, we exclude states with active commercial broker licensing regimes (currently California and a handful of others). Apply and we'll confirm your state during the intro call.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. The client is yours, before, during, and after the deal funds.

How do brokers identify financing options?

Brokers use the platform, lender criteria, and available network information to evaluate potential financing options. Each broker remains responsible for determining fit, preparing a complete submission, and managing the opportunity.

How is broker compensation handled?

Compensation structure, eligibility, and timing may vary by transaction and participating capital provider. Applicable details are reviewed during onboarding and are subject to the governing agreement.

The application ends with a mutual NDA and non-circumvention agreement. It protects both sides: you get to see how we operate — our lender relationships, our workflow, our pricing — and we get comfort that what you learn stays inside the relationship.
