Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
LENDNOR ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect from broker applicants and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit the broker application, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, company, website, states, years brokering, products, volume, notes) along with your electronic signature on the NDA and non-circumvention agreement, the date of that signature, your IP address, and your browser user-agent.
When you request a call, we collect your full name, company or brokerage name, work email, phone number, and any optional details you share about the best time to reach you and what you would like to discuss.
How we use it
We use the information to evaluate your application, contact you, onboard you if approved, and maintain a record of your executed agreement. We do not sell your information.
Call request information is used solely to return your call and arrange an introductory conversation about your brokerage, the LENDNOR network, and platform access.
Who receives it
Submissions are delivered internally to LENDNOR by email through our email delivery provider. We may share information with service providers who help us run the business (e.g. email, hosting) under confidentiality obligations.
How we follow up
After you submit either form, you will see an on-screen confirmation. We do not send an automated confirmation email. LENDNOR follows up by telephone using the number you provide.
Retention
We retain application and signature records for as long as needed to evaluate the relationship and to enforce the NDA and non-circumvention agreement.
