This website is provided for informational purposes and to accept broker applications. LENDNOR is not a lender. Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to fund, or a guarantee of any specific loan terms.

Application

Submitting an application does not create a business relationship. LENDNOR may approve or decline any applicant in its sole discretion. After submission you will see an on-screen confirmation; LENDNOR follows up by telephone and does not send an automated confirmation email.

NDA and non-circumvention

The application ends with a Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement. Submitting the application electronically signs that agreement, which is binding under applicable state and federal electronic-signature law.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
